About Factorytalk
Factorytalk was founded in 2004 in Bangkok, Thailand. Since then we have been privileged to serve customers and partners locally, regionally, and globally with IT solutions and Compliance consulting in the pharmaceutical and life-sciences industries. Our original growth came in partnership with the leading German MES company, Werum. We later grew our GMP compliance, QMS, and computer validation resources, supporting customers with consultancy to develop their organisations all the way to capability to pass EU PIC/s inspections. At the same time, our IT solutions and resources grew, adding further partnerships with LORENZ, MasterControl, offering a full sales, implementation, and support platform for SE Asia.
In 2016 Factorytalk completed the sale of our 20+ MES team to Werum in order to create their Werum Asia Headquarters. Drawing a successful conclusion to the partnership, with the exception of continuing as Werum’s partner for computer system validation services in Asia.
We are still very much focused on our core competencies of GMP compliance & IT Solutions. In 2016, we launched our sister company BatchLine, which is a software company developing and maintaining our own EBR system.
We joined forces for a partnership with Tulip in 2018, respectively to strengthen our IT solutions, enabling customers to improve the productivity of their teams, the quality of their output, and the efficiency of their operations.

Factorytalk is ISO 9001:2008. Later updated to 9001:2015 certified to prove our standard of services given to our valued customers.
2016
Werum Asia HQ Established
Werum acquire 22 staff FT division to launch Werum Asia HQ. FT remain CSV partner.
